Covid-19 Policy
The Franklin Housing Authority has resumed normal operations. Our office is open Monday - Thursday, 8:00am - 4:00pm and Friday, 8:00am - 11:30am. We ask that anyone not feeling well or who has been exposed to Covid-19 not visit our offices or properties. For the safety of our staff, anyone that comes into our office with signs of sickness may be asked to leave and call the office for the necessary assistance.
Rental Payments: Payment of rent is due on the 1st of each month. Rental payments may be placed in the secure drop box located at the Authority's offices at 200 Spring Street for public housing, Spring Street/Johnson Circle and Park Street residents. Chickasaw Senior Community, Reddick Street Apartments and Reddick Senior.
Please ensure that your name and address are on your money order/check.
Maintenance: To report a maintenance issue, please call (615) 794-1247. If you are not feeling well or have been exposed to Covid-19, please let our staff know so that we can assist you as quickly and safely as possible. Maintenance staff have the ability to decline to enter a unit if they believe it is unsafe.
Integrated Pest Management: Pest control operations, including treatments for bedbugs and special treatments, in Authority owned and/or managed properties will continue as scheduled; however, they may be modified by the contractor.
